Fall League 2011 Registration Coming Soon

It's almost time for fall league. Fall league will be a "bring your own team" format, so now is the time to start organizing your team, or looking for a team to join. Here’s the basic information you need to know to get ready for fall.

Dates and times

Saturdays from September 10 through November 5. Teams will play two games each week, either in the morning or the afternoon, with a tournament on November 5.

Location
Bunker Hill Forest Preserve, Schiller Woods, and St. Paul Woods

Tournament
November 5 at the Naperville Polo Fields

Divisions
The league will be divided into either two or three divisions. The number of divisions will be decided based on the number of teams that register and the experience and skill level of the various teams. Each team will be placed in a division with other teams that have similar skill and experience levels.

Your captain can indicate whether you would prefer to play in a more competitive division, a recreational division, or a beginner division. However, which division you are placed in will depend on both on your preference and the strength of your roster.

Forming a team
When forming or joining a team, keep the following in mind:

  • Maximum roster size is 23 players.
  • Minimum number of women on your roster is 8
  • Make sure you can field a team each week. If you forfeit games on two seperate days, you forfeit the tournament. So check player availability and request byes in advance if needed.

How to sign up
Fall league is a “bring your own team” format, meaning you sign up as a complete team. Your captain will register your team and then let you know what you need to do to complete your individual registration.

Cost
$575 per team
